Percy moan

A CERTAIN Ralph Percy has objected to plans to build houses in Amble, Northumberland.

Hang on a second, this is the guy who is building here, building there, building everywhere. Yet Mr Percy, aka the Duke of Northumberland, is leading a fight against plans for 150 homes.

The proposal, he says, might b*gger his own future plans. Seems nothing is allowed to stand in the way of Mr Percy’s acquisition of wealth.
