THE Post Office doesn’t like customers. Why else would they close a perfectly good main branch in Eldon Square, Newcastle?

It was easy to reach, at ground level, and in a busy part of the city for passing trade.

Now it’s out of the way on the first floor of WH Smith with no chance of passing trade.

Disabled customers have to go right to the back of the store for the lift.

Improvement? Don’t make me laugh.
