CAREERS wax and wane so I’m not too concerned about Cheryl Cole.
The Geordie lass was dropped from the US version of the X Factor amid controversy about her accent.
And then it was announced there was no place for her on the UK panel either.
Let’s not forget that Cheryl started off as a singer – and a popular one at that – and all these other things are just extras.
The judging, the talent-spotting, the mentoring, the fame for fame’s sake, none of it really matters, and I hope Cheryl will concentrate on her singing once more. That’s her main strength and that’s where her future lies.
