A DISPUTE over the cancellation of a mobile phone contract has been resolved.
Sean Bradley asked me to look into the row with T- Mobile.
It began when Sean, of Bensham, Gateshead, received monthly statements after pulling out of the contract.
He told me: “I had sent a cancellation letter but T- Mobile said they had not received it.
“The bills kept coming and when I did not pay they referred it to a debt agency.
“This is causing me a lot of stress as I don’t believe I owe them any money at all.”
I passed the complaint to T-Mobile, who said they were already on the job.
A spokesman said: “This has been resolved. We have spoken to the customer.”
Sean said: “They are not going to pursue the money they said I owed.”
