TalkTalk salesman a sign of trouble

BE afraid, be very afraid, when salesmen come knocking on the door – or what happened to Susan Wilkinson could happen to you.
Susan told me how a salesman from TalkTalk persuaded her to switch her telephone contract.
She told me: “I listened to what he had to say and signed up really to just get rid of him. When I told my husband we decided to stay with our current operator.”
Dear me, Susan. Never sign on the dotted line just to get rid of a salesman.
It might not be as easy as you think to cancel.
And that’s what happened when Susan phoned TalkTalk to get out of the contract.
