TalkTalk salesman a sign of trouble

The company agreed to the request but still sent a router, took over the line, dispatched a bill, and unleashed debt collectors when it was not paid. Susan said: “Apparently, the contract was supposed to be cancelled but there was a systems error.

“I have now been sent letters from debt collectors demanding £60.

“It is now beginning to really stress me out and is not doing my blood pressure any good. Please can you help me?”

I asked my pals at TalkTalk to sort it out.

And I was promised: “We will get someone to look at this as soon as possible.”

Within days, Susan, of Chopwell, Gateshead, had good news.

She said: “They don’t know what happened but promised I would hear nothing more.

“It has taken me five months to try and sort it out – but you did it in five days.”
