House of Fraser agree to replace expired vouchers

SOMETIMES it’s the little things that matter, so I was very pleased to lend a hand to Bob Elliott when he complained about expired vouchers.

Bob, of Darras Hall, Northumberland, said House of Fraser had refused to accept the £20 vouchers.

He said: “They were obviously paid for and I think they should be redeemed.”

I asked House of Fraser if they could help and they agreed to offer a replacement to the same value.
