GET your skates on — or ballet, ballroom dancing, or running shoes — and make sure your group is signed up for our Active campaign.

With less than a week to go until entries close, this is your last chance to get involved.

Already, dozens of clubs of all kinds have signed up to be part of our £25,000 cash handout . . . and your members could benefit too. Simply fill in the form on this page and get it to us by THURSDAY, May 15, to be in with a chance of securing a slice of the Active action.

From ballet dancers to boxers, scouts to surfers and golfers to girl footballers, everyone is getting active about Active.

So who’s eligible? Well, if you’re a team, group or organisation involved in sport or physical activity within the community you should qualify. Registration is free and couldn’t be easier.

Once you have registered, you can begin to collect Active tokens, which will start to appear in the Sunday Sun from June 1. You’ll then be on your way to raising cash for your organisation to spend on whatever you want.
