Terminally ill tot melts star’s heart

THIS terminally ill tot has melted the heart of even the coolest kid.

Newcastle rapper Stephen “Silver” Elms, has been so touched by the plight of little Taylor Stallard that he wrote her a special song.

The three-year-old, of Hartlepool, has a rare chronic lung condition and has spent the past eight months in and out of Newcastle’s Royal Victoria Infirmary.

She needs oxygen round the clock and has no immune system, so has to be fed antibiotics via a tube connected to her heart.

Rapper Silver, 21, met Taylor through a friend and penned her a tune, called Taylor Made For You.

He said: “It was really hard because when someone tells you about what is happening to her, it’s hard to find the right words. When I went to see her I got a lump in my throat.”
