An investigation was first launched on Friday, when ambulance staff alerted police after attending the address at around 3am.
Two houses on the quiet terrace street were then cordoned off and two police officers were standing guard outside.
A pair of scene-of-crime vans were parked outside the house while detectives searched the property and carried out door-to-door inquiries.
A neighbour, who did not want to be named, said: “I have just been speaking to one of the detectives and they said they couldn’t tell me anything until they have got everything they need.
Another neighbour who lives opposite the house said: “The police were there all night with their white suits on.”
Shocked neighbour Kate Barratt, 27, said: “I can’t believe it, it’s awful. I talk to her all the time.”
