Teenager Ayesha Ahmed meets Jonas Brothers twice in one day

Ayesha Ahmed meets the Jonas Brothers

IT’S not every day you get to meet your heroes . . . but Ayesha Ahmed met hers twice in just one!

The teenager, who is battling a rare lung disease, has been a fan of Disney favourites The Jonas Brothers ever since their movie Camp Rock was released two years ago.

So she was super excited when she learned their world tour was bringing them to Newcastle’s Metro Radio Arena.

Ayesha, who is 16, suffers from Wegener’s disease, an immune system disorder which affects her lungs, making it hard to breathe and she is hooked up to an oxygen machine 24 hours a day.

Her condition means she spends a lot of time in the Royal Victoria Infirmary . . . and that’s where the trio paid a special visit to meet Ayesha and other sick children, ahead of their North date.

Then her sister Hafsah, 14, went one better by fixing it for her sister to meet the stars backstage for a second time, minutes before the curtain opened on their show.
