Schlein takes title

ELITE League rider Rory Schlein of Ipswich last night won the Berwick Bandits Bordernapolis Individual Championship at Shielfield Park.
He finished ahead of Birmingham’s Tomasz Piszcz in the final with Berwick skipper Michel Makovsky in third spot and Glasgow’s Trent Leverington fourth.
Beaten semi-finalists were David Howe from the Elite League outfit Wolverhampton and Mark Lemon of Reading.
