Taylor not ready for England

SAM ALLARDYCE believes England new boy Steven Taylor will benefit from NOT making his full international debut this week.

United boss Allardyce would rather his centre-back kept a watching brief against Germany at Wembley.

“Steven is a good young prospect and is ready to have a look and see what it is all about, but he is not ready to play just yet,” said Big Sam. “If he can find out what the pressures are like at England level without playing, that will do him good.”

Meanwhile, Nobby Solano has his eyes on a possible Wembley date – with Peru.

Solano is keen to arrange a friendly against England in aid of victims of last week’s earthquake which devastated Peru.

“People in England like football a lot and that can help to gather a lot of money to send to all the people in Peru that are in trouble because of the earthquake.,” said Solano.
