Wilson not looking for centre-back

FORMER Poolie Graeme Lee won’t be back at Victoria Park this summer — as Danny Wilson is happy with his defensive lot.

Lee has been freed by Doncaster after a loan spell at the Vic last season.

But with Micky Nelson, Ben Clark and Sam Collins all fit, Pools boss Wilson doesn’t need another centre-half.

“We have great faith in the three central defenders we have got and if none of them get injured we should be OK,” said Wilson.

Lee has options, with Bradford, Shrewsbury, Chesterfield and Stockport all interested.

Wilson could be set to make his second summer signing, with Pools heading the queue for Livingstone forward Robert Snodgrass.
