Durham coast it

DURHAM City earned a plum tie against Guiseley in the First Qualifying Round of the FA Cup when they coasted to victory at Silsden in last night’s Preliminary Round replay.

Keith Graydon and Calvin Smith had them two goals up and, in the last minute, Stephen Richardson completed the scoring with a fine individual effort.

West Auckland Town also went through at home to Wakefield when Ian Maddison’s late strike proved sufficient, while Horden CW saw off Marske United with goals by Mark Stephenson (pen) and Darren Atkinson. Austin Johnson had equalised for the visitors.
