Fly anglers have found the area above the sailing club to be the hot spot this last week with best tactics being an intermediate line fished with patterns such as Dawson’s Olive, Black Fritz, White Booby and Cats Whisker. Throughout the month of November multi-bait anglers can fish the North shore and with 250 prime Lartington trout being stocked weighing between 2Ib and 8Ib sport should remain top class until the end of the season. Anglers don’t forget to put your £1 sweep money in when you book in as the next tagged fish caught is worth a whopping £1,000.
