DUNS booked their place in the quarter-final of the Scottish Bowl with a comfortable win over Edinburgh Northern at The Hardens.

The hosts who led 25-6 at the interval never really looked in any danger against Northern who play in a league below them.

Duns ran in a total of six tries with David Hutchison claiming a pair to take his tally for the season to 25, an all-time club record.

The others were scored by Lindsay, Aitchison, Selkirk and Danny Lamb who converted two while Robertson kicked three conversions and also added three penalties.
