Exam chief hails GCSE results

Greg Watson, chief executive of the Oxford, Cambridge and RSA examinations board, talks about his pride after Britain's teenagers scored record GCSEs results again. Across the country two-thirds of exams were awarded a good grade, and 21% were awarded an A* or A, a rise of 0.9% on last year.
