House's rude awakening

North East Big Brother hopeful Anthony found himself at the centre of attention in the house once again.

Big Brother allowed the housemates to sleep until 11am yesterday morning and therefore took objection to anyone who sloped back to bed for an afternoon nap.

Kemal, Derek, Vanessa, Sam and Makosi did just that and remained in their beds, pretending that the loud noise of the piercing alarm didn't bother them in the slightest.

But Consett-born Anthony snapped into action.

He ran into the bedroom intent on removing at least one housemate from their bed and pounced on Kemal.

After pulling him on to the floor, the alarms stopped and Anthony seemed pleased with his day's work. But more was to come.

Early this morning Maxwell and Anthony, bored as usual, launched a covert operation to wake a sleeping Kemal.

The pair crept into the room and sneakily whipped his pillows away, so when Kemal tried to lie back down, his head fell to his mattress making him jump in shock.

Maxwell and Anthony had a giggle at his expense and returned to the garden.
