Jennifer Aniston has spoken out on the rumours surrounding her recent nose job, as well as the ones that she has had more plastic surgery.

Talking to People magazine, she says: "It's funny. I had a [deviated septum] fixed - best thing I ever did. I slept like a baby for the first time in years. As far as all the other [rumours], as boring as it sounds, it's still mine. All of it. Still mine."

The star also spills the beans on her upcoming guest spot on best friend Courteney Cox Arquette's tabloid journalism show, Dirt.

Jen plays a rival magazine editor, who also happens to be a lesbian. "We had a ball," admits Jennifer. "I forgot just how much fun we have together in the work world."
