Scary Spice MEL B could finally clear up who the father of her baby girl is this week, as her ex EDDIE MURPHY has been ordered to go to court and provide DNA for a paternity test.

Mel was very publicly dumped by the Shrek star on TV, and Eddie has since refused to admit he is little Angel's daddy.

A source said: "If he tries to duck out of this test there will be all hell to pay.

"He has left her with no choice. She doesn't want Angel to grow up questioning who her father is."

SARAH JESSICA PARKER has been touting her fashion line all over the place. And the most important thing about the clothes for the millionaire actress? Cost.

"I grew up with not a whole lot of access to things that were costly," the 42-year-old star told NBC's The Today Show, which is why the New York-based star's Bitten line is priced around $20.

"I come from a family where my mother had to be very intrepid and industrious about things. So I'm keenly aware of things not being accessible to people, especially women and especially when it comes to fashion."

DAVID BECKHAM isn't exactly known for his hard drinking ways, but he managed to outlast many of his pals at GARY NEVILLE'S stag night at the weekend. Gary, who is getting married to his fiancee Emma Hadfield on Saturday, looked a bit concerned when his best mate Becks hadn't turned up for the do in Madrid by midnight. Becks had been playing for Real Madrid in North East Spain so didn't arrive until 3am but carried on partying until the club shut four hours later.

FUNNYMAN ADAM SANDLER is officially a lads' favourite after taking home one of the top honours at Spike TV's Guys Choice Awards in Hollywood - with the New Yorker named Guy's Guy by viewers.

The US cable channel, aimed at a men's mag style audience, attracted some A-list celebs to its awards show, including WILL FERRELL, VINCE VAUGHAN and MANDY MOORE.

The ceremony, hosted by comedian TRACY MORGAN, was aimed at commemorating all the things men love - but mostly focused on women in underwear.
